Rozšíření nákupního centra o 15 000 m² (nová výstavba) a rekonstrukce stávajícího objektu nákupního centra a kancelářských prostor (8 000 m²) IGY v Českých Budějovicích.
Největší obchodní centrum v Jihočeském kraji má tak celkovou podlažní plochu 30 000 m² , nabízí 120 obchodních jednotek, multikino s 8 sály, restaurační zónu a 641 parkovacích míst.
