Westfield Cerny Most: shopping center expansion heads to final stages

The construction of the extension of one of the largest shopping centers in the Czech Republic is almost finished, and we at RUBY Project Management manage the entire project from the beginning in the form of Construction Management.

The expansion of Westfield Cerny Most by the investor Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is being implemented while the center is in full operation. The coordination of all professions, the management of suppliers and operational decision-making that meet deadlines and quality are firmly in our hands.

In mid-November, the shopping center will officially open to the public and will bring over 30 new shops, a restaurant and 3 cinemas.

The project is aiming for BREEAM New Construction Excellent certification, thanks to the use of:

·      water recycling

·      air recovery

·      photovoltaics

·      and other elements reducing the carbon footprint

We are now fine-tuning the final details to get the new expanded shopping center ready to open to the public.
