WELL Platinum certification confirmed. Vlněna sets the standard for offices in Brno

The Vlněna office building in Brno, whose investor is CTP, has received the prestigious WELL Platinum certification – and we at RUBY Project Management were part of it.

This is the first office building in Brno to achieve this highest level of the international WELL standard. For the investor CTP, this is the second building in Brno with WELL Platinum certification. The previous building was the Domeq residential project. Both certifications were provided by the RUBY Project Management team under the leadership of our colleague Petra Fišer.

Our role was to lead the way in obtaining the certification, setting requirements for the building and providing professional consulting services in this area. WELL certification emphasizes health, well-being and the quality of the indoor environment for building users.
