RUBY Project Management has succeeded in obtaining LEED Gold certification for building "E" within the confines of the Brno Business Park. This certification is awarded by the US Green Building Council and confirms that the building meets high energy, economic and environmental requirements and standards.
In order to obtain this prestigious certification, it was necessary to design and construct the building with an emphasis on saving energy and natural resources. The main objective was to minimize the negative impact on the environment and to provide a healthy and sustainable environment for the users and the surrounding area. In addition, the building had to meet high office standards. The building boasts beautiful views of the wide surroundings of Brno, green terraces with meadow vegetation that is attractive to insects, its own beehives, a wheelhouse with showers, bike racks or a gazebo designed for relaxation.
Petra Fišer, on behalf of RUBY Project Management s.r.o., was pleased to present to Mr. Filip Sehnal, from INFOND Investment Fund, with a LEED Gold certificate for Building „E“ Brno Business Park. Monika Červinková, from the General Contractor, PS Brno s.r.o., also participated in the ceremony and was largely involved in the preparation of the documentation for the certification.
Brno Business Park is thus becoming an example of a modern commercial centre that brings its tenants not only a quality working environment, but also environmental responsibility.
