We have begun the construction phase of a hotel for the Smíchov City South complex

As of June 2024, our team at RUBY Project Management, led by Project Manager Alan Vavroch and Construction Manager Jeffrey Gill, has been managing the construction works for a new hotel in the Smíchov City South complex. This hotel development has the working name OLHR (Other Land Hotel & Retail) and is located in close proximity to Prague's Smíchov railway station, which is to be converted into a large train and bus terminal in the near future. We are providing Project Management services for the well-known developer Sekyra Group, a.s.
