BOŘISLAVKA Centre developed by KKCG Real Estate, the largest real estate project under construction in Prague, has reached its climax.
Despite challenging conditions and many limitations in these days, the superstructure has been successfully completed and the project was officially topped out. In line with the schedule, the assembly of the façade and the construction of roofs continues. Deliveries of MEP, HVAC, and interior works are also in a full swing.
Our team, led by Project Manager Jan Hlaváček, must cope with extraordinary measures related to the Covid -19 pandemic situation in our country. Extraordinary security and logistical measures have been introduced to minimize the risk of infection to keep the project running. Ionization of all entrance and site welfare facilities, site management team premises and sanitary
facilities is being carried out regurarly. All workers follow strict rules of social distancing, wearing of masks and disinfection of hands.
We thank the client, all suppliers and other partners on the project for their help and active cooperation that is a necessity for managing the project in such extraordinary conditions.
