One of the largest residential developments currently under construction in Prague is entering its next phase. 17 new modern residential buildings are nearing completion and work on the facades and roofing is about to start. The reconstruction and redevelopment of the historic Nusle Brewery site is also in full swing.
Our RUBY Project Management team, led by Lukáš Hirt and Michal Vízek, has taken on this challenge with enthusiasm and energy. Their goal is not only to complete the project on time within budget and smoothly, but also to bring a piece of modern design to Nusle that will fit in perfectly with its surroundings.
Implementing the project in the form of Construction Management with more than 40 contractors proves to be a good choice here as well.
