RUBY Project Management is part of the ORGANICA project being built on a former brownfield site in the centre of Ostrava.
Our Construction Management team in cooperation with the development company CONTERA is managing the construction of this smart office building, which is scheduled for completion in 2023.
Construction started in the summer of 2021 and the monolithic reinforced concrete structure of the substructure is currently under construction.
The modern building in one of the most attractive and growing locations in Ostrava will offer 25,545 sqm of office, retail and other space. Most of the building will be occupied by the international IT company TietoEVRY.
