Rohan City: VISION KARLÍN apartment building – modern living in the heart of Karlín

At the beginning of the year, we started the construction of the Vision Karlín apartment buildings as part of the Rohan City project of the investor Sekyra Group. The newly emerging two towers, connected by a common base, will offer a total of 103 residential units. The project builds on the success of the previous stages of Diamanty Karlín and Riviéra Karlín, where we also provided project management services.

What stage is the project in?

Currently, the construction of the vertical structures of the 3rd underground floor and the first ceiling above it is underway. Our work is part of the next stage of the transformation of Rohanský ostrov into a vibrant, modern urban district.
