In July we celebrated the topping off ceremony of the Rohan City office building. Where the final major works of the shell and core have been completed. The event took place on the rooftop of the new structure with a beautiful view of the Rohan Island neighborhood. The building ritual of the "glajcha" tree, as an ancient symbol of good luck and protection for the building and their occupants.
For Ruby, this event also served as an opportunity for thanks. Therefore, we would like to thank all the collaborators and contractors who have participated in the construction process so far and the investor - the developer Sekyra Group, a.s. for the trust in us providing our Construction Management services.
Upon completion, the Rohan City office building will offer eight above-ground and one underground floor. The authors of the design of the iconic building are renowned architect Eva Jiřičná and architect Petr Vágner from AI DESIGN studio.
