A new multifunctional district of 380,000 sqm will be built on the 21-hectare Rohanský ostrov area on the border of the Prague districts of Karlín, Invalidovna and Libeň, offering attractive flats, offices, shops, services, restaurants and public green spaces.
Sekyra Group's development project called Rohan City started in spring 2021 with the first of five parts - the construction of four apartment buildings with an area of 25,330 sqm.
Two 10-storey buildings called "Diamonds Karlín" were designed by AI - DESIGN architects, the other two buildings "Riviera Karlín", which will reach 8 floors above ground, were designed by EBM Group studio.
Our company is providing Project Management services to the client Sekyra Group, i.e. managing and coordinating the construction of the entire first phase.
Everything is going according to plan, the buildings are rising rapidly in height and are scheduled for completion in 2023.
Further phases of the development are being prepared in parallel and should be completed by 2033.
