Team RUBY Project Management helped our client Demaco gain a LEED Silver certification on HALA PETRA PARDUBICE I.
The Building with a floor area of 19,000 m2 is located in an industrial park on the southeast edge of Pardubice. As a part of the LEED certification, the project includes elements such as: charging stations for electric cars, a bike shed, changing rooms with showers and the rainwater infiltration system collected from the roof and paved surfaces, and used for irrigating reclaimed greenery. The LEED rating also considers the use of daylight, which is in this case provided by above standard skylights. Directional exterior lighting reduces light pollution in the surrounding area to a minimum.
We are glad that „green certifications“ have finally become interesting for clients from the Czech regions, and we can participate.
