The new SCOTT-WEBER premises at Organica in Ostrava are now complete.

Across an area of approximately 4,000 m², modern flexible offices, coworking facilities and event spaces have been created – all in line with the premium working environment typical of SCOTT-WEBER.

The RUBY Project Management team, in cooperation with representatives of Contera Construction, was responsible for the preparation and delivery of the fit-out. Our main role was to coordinate construction and interior works, monitor quality and schedules, and lead the project to successful completion.

The project brought several challenges, including frequent design changes during construction and the implementation of a unified system for managing shared documentation. Thanks to our internal project management standards and our in-depth knowledge of the ORGANICA building – where we previously managed the delivery of the entire building – we were able to complete the project on time and to the required quality.

We are pleased to have been part of another inspiring project and to have contributed to creating a new destination for modern work in Ostrava.
