Largest development project in the heart of Prague

A new business and social centre with extensive public space is being built in the centre of Prague near Wenceslas Square, connecting Wenceslas Square with Na Příkopě, Jindřišská and Panská Streets.

The SAVARIN project by development company CRESTYL involves the reconstruction of existing historic buildings and the creation of a completely new public space with greenery, open space in the courtyard and commercial areas.

The first phase of this large-scale project, the reconstruction and restoration of the historic Savarin Palace (also known as the Sylva-Taroucca Palace), including the courtyard, is currently underway, where RUBY Project Management is managing and coordinating the construction work of the general contractor.

The entire course of the construction is supervised by the National Heritage Institute together with the Department of Heritage Care of the Municipality of the Capital City of Prague.

RUBY Project Management is honoured to be part of such an ambitious project in the heart of Prague, which will combine the history of Baroque and Classical buildings with modern architecture by the world-famous London studio Heatherwick.

The first phase of the project is scheduled for completion in 2024.
