Landmark Brno: from drawing to reality

In the very heart of Brno, a new project is being created that is changing the face of the city - Landmark. The development plan of the SUDOP group is now moving into the next phase of construction under our Construction Management leadership.

After more than 80 years, when this area remained an unused void, its new chapter is finally beginning to be written. The earthworks and deep foundation of the building have been completed, and now we are starting to implement the monolithic structure.

The entire project is taking place in the very demanding conditions of the center of Brno, where logistics are a daily challenge. Despite this, we manage to keep everything in line with the schedule, and this is the merit not only of our team, but also of our great partners. After eighty years of inactivity, this place is finally turning into a full-fledged part of the city.
