The steel structure of the skylight above the atrium is currently being assembled on the Envelopa Office Center project we are managing. The cladding of the Building and technical installations are also being completed. Our team handles the demanding coordination of all trades on a daily basis within the construction management system. After completion the building will become a new land mark of the city, offering high standard offices on 6 floors, retail space on the groundfloor and parking on 3 underground floors.
Already today, now that the concrete superstructure has been finished, it is clear how beautiful the view of the Olomouc skyline will be for the future tenants.
