In June, RUBY PM visited the Equitana Resort, located in the Central Bohemian region, for a company teambuilding event. It was great to be together again and there were many of us. We have recently grown as a company and there were several new faces, so it was the perfect opportunity for all of us to get to know each other.
We spent the morning learning about the company, the people, and the projects. Then in the afternoon, staff attended the teambuilding activities - a dragon boat regatta that stimulated competitiveness and the desire to win in many of us; but only one team could win. We had a great time and laughed a lot.
Those who opted to stay out of the water were able to attend a program about fire safety where they learned about how to behave in the event of a fire, how to properly choose a fire extinguisher, and then volunteers could physically use equipment to extinguish a fire.
The evening was spent barbecuing, drinking, talking, and dancing until the wee hours of the morning. A great time was had and we are already looking forward to the next event together.
