We are delighted that this exceptional architecturally unique building, where the construction works were managed by our team at RUBY PM, is 1 of 31 that has made it on the list of nominated buildings (out of a total of 79 entries in the Czech Republic) 2022, the 30th anniversary edition of Building of the Year Award.

The nomination for the title of Building of the Year 2022 was awarded to the Bořislavka Centrum building on the 5th of September 2022 at the National Technical Museum in Prague for its exceptional architectural concept, including its urban design and structural engineering. The building has become a natural and integral example of European modern classic, including the unusual design of its public space.
