A new hotel is being built in the heart of the crane epicenter

The construction of the OLHR hotel in the Smíchov City South area under the management of RUBY Project Management is approaching the milestone of Leveling the 1st floor. Intensive concreting of beams and ceilings above the 1st floor is currently underway. The other stages of the project, i.e. Campus CS, OLOE and OLOW, are not far behind. The project is located in close proximity to Prague's Smíchov railway station, which will soon be rebuilt into a large train and bus terminal.

The Smíchov City project aspires to a record in the number of cranes per square kilometer. You can now count 15 of them, and after the start of construction of the terminal, school and the remaining residential stages, the number of cranes in the project area will increase to 25.

The project continues according to schedule and with regard to the coordination of other stages of development in the area. The construction of the OLHR hotel is thus an integral part of the dynamic development of Smíchov City by the investor Sekyra Group, which is gradually taking on real shape.
