Construction Manager 

​

During pre-construction phase construction manager cooperates with the project manager and the investor on project documentation coordination, selection of suppliers and their contracting. He/she participates in supplying data for the investor such as price estimate, time schedule and project reports. 

During the construction phase, he/she provides technical supervision, coordination of works, is responsible for checking the works and suppliers’ work, participates in handing over various parts of construction, handing over documentation and for removal of snags, cooperates during final inspection.

• university degree in the construction field

• flexibility, consistency, willingness to travel within the Czech Republic

• conceptual logical and strategic thinking

• good knowledge of English

• minimum of 3 yrs. of experience
